production area of 4,300 square metres

With 4,300 square metres of production and office space at its disposal, EPflex develops and produces high quality metal components.  Special focus is set on processing wires, braids and tubes made of stainless steel, nitinol and special metals to manufacture flexible single-use products for the medical technology industry.

production in clean room area

EPflex is manufacturing its products within an 350 square metres ISO-Class 8 certified assembly area. The determination of the purity level was performed in accordance to EN-ISO 14644 and VDI 2083.

air-conditioned assembly area

Within an air-conditioned assembly area of around 850 square metres we produce sensitive components for the medical technology industry under controlled environmental conditions. Bright and ergonomic workstations enable fatigue-proof, concentrated work and therefore ensure consistent high quality.


tool construction

On an area of over 300 square meters, our professionally equipped tool construction produces especially developed automation systems which are a basic prerequisite for a cost-efficient and high-quality serial production.


prefabrication

The grinding of wires and tubes takes places on high-precision automatic grinding machines within an air-conditioned production space of over 800 square meters. Different surface finishes perfect the scope of performance and are realized according to individual requirements.
